COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kop Flex 2-1/2 BORE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kop-Flex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lambda-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lenze product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kop-Flex such as the 1040T20CGA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PFC05003AHZ manufactured by Lambda-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Lambda-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N45311230 by Manufacturer Lenze as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Martin Brand P648M50SK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kop-Flex such as 51207506 equipment made by Kop-Flex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kop-Flex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kop-Flex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SL11135 made by Mars as well as the popular 80BTB17 original spares produced by Martin Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 16Y3JC45112B by Man-Diesel and 51207506 spares by Kop-Flex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 120B15 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Martin. |
